It runs small please purchase a size bigger. . This boot is an excellent texture boot with high end leather. Good for travel and  Japa lol. Honestly its lovely.

Returns and Refunds

If an item is deemed faulty prior to being worn/used, we will send you a replacement for the item. However, it must be within 24 hours of receipt of the item. No refund is given.

Please make sure you order your correct size. If a wrong size is ordered, you are responsible for delivery cost for exchange. If customer does not arrive at a decision on items to exchange, customer shall offer to preorder. No refund is provided for customer’s error.

Claims for damaged packaging and goods should be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Upon inspection, photo evidence of all original packaging is required to undergo investigation. Any claims made outside of this window may not be eligible for compensation.

It's my favorite

I ordered two boot but honestly this one is my absolute favorite. It's so soft inside and it looks fantastic. Tho I was scared of it being bigger than my actual size (42) when I was sent (43) {it was the only available size left} but it turned out very comfortable and fitting
